That's a model issue. You can't fix it except by editing the model itself.

Ok on the first post is a download from the Startscreen. it works but the text isn't very well i don't know why. but i have no time to work on it.
so it's for the main screnn. replace the main_mao.png and the main_over.png with my one.
and it will work.
So if i ever will have enought time i will finish it with sound...
till than you can use this one

Here come the first pics of my HUD projekt. i will try to make it like the HUD from the 1.2 patch for every mpa available:
the displayobjekts for example the white side are transperiant you can see a bit the underground:
if posible a animate Gif:

where have i to post for questions to add this to all maps/mods?
i will lay this over some ingamepics so you can see how it would look like if it's finished and working

I hope you realize that making a HUD is a bit more of an in-depth process than just making a tga and pasting it in. You'll have to model it yourself in some 3d program.

are you shure you cna actually put a custom model in the hud and not just 2d-planes?
anyway, the hud looks a bit pixelated especially on the bottom and im shure you could make the mapborder on the upper right yourselft instead of taking it from repsharpshooters hud.

if you mean the borders you are right i have inspired by repsharpshooters hud but if you mean the blue underground you are not right i've done it myself

i can it's an try how it would look like it's not the beta or something else version i release so i think i can use what i want till it's only on my computer and only for me. in the release version if i release i will make it my self.
So here comes a pic how it would look like ingame.

Regardless of how you do it, the OP was giving the impression that he tought all there was to it was pasting in a tga - that just isn't how it works.
