I'm putting in these people's lots:

Then I don't have your lot. Please let me know if you sent it and I forgot it or something.
The deadline for submission has already passed, so there is no guarantee that if you send me a file it will get put in. However, I haven't started putting in the new lots yet, so if you hurry I might be able to take some in the next few days. Don't count on it after that.
As for gameplay, I will try to do some sort of deathmatch thing. Other than that, this map will more be like a map to run around and explore than as a serious gameplay map. I will also label the release BETA because of it's rather incompleteness. Then I will try to upload all the source files so someone could possibly take over once I'm gone (as long as people don't have any issues of me uploading the source).
EDIT: the good news is that all the lots above are in and working. Now just the vehicle spawns and deathmatch system. I've made a plan, to calculate the score ratio of killer vs killed. The killer will receive more points if he killed someone with a higher score relative to himself. This means if a newb kills a pro, then the newb gets a ton of points. But if a pro keeps killing newbs then he only gets 1 point. If they are an equal match, the killer gets 3 points. I'm hoping this will balance out gameplay a bit. If not, I can just scrap it and give everyone the same amount of points.

There's some really great hills to jump off. The first time I play the final I'm gonna have to steal someone's speeder.

Don't be so sure...
Have you considered making the city smaller so you don't have some much empty space? If you made it 3x3 rather than 4x4 then most of the empty spaces would be removed.
