Just finished up 2 models in 2 days, inspired by some cables and beautiful renderings from turbosquid.
The top one's bottom blue part will be transparent (Glass) and the second is a skyscraper farm (With no plants yet).

I thought I deleted this, but I didn't, so I worked on it some more
Texture from sign above the door, blootack being my Playstation network ID amongst other things...
I got it into XSI, but the blue strip down the front showed up as black.

I think I am going to make a few more buildings just to fill up the skyline some more. I am even contemplating making very tall square buildings, then putting the prefabs on top of them to get everything up to the upper streets. I think I said this before and someone was like, "no, then nobody would go to the lower streets"
It just looks unnatural to have 175m tall buildings right next to 10m tall buildings. In a natural city, there is more of a progression from small to tall. I got an idea, you know how in Taris, theres the upper streets, and then the lower streets? I could make some streets halfway inbetween the upper streets and the ground, as a sort of midway point. This is just an option that can be done.
Actually, I think a lot of the problems will iron out if we just get more lot submissions, or rather just get more buildings in place. I could put back in some of the urban map buildings, then it would look more like this earlier pic:
