Thanks to Acewell on FacePunch for extracting these. Here are the Episode III models ripped from the XBox Version. Warning: the models aren't high-poly when compared to some of the SWBF2 models (player character models are upwards of 4000 polys each though) and textures are genrally 256x256 with some 128x128 textures.

I hope the heroes/villains get rigged someday. Their models are 100x better than the default SWBF2 models. Anakin, Obiwan and Mace all look amazing for their day, and still hold up pretty well now.

Compared to Battlefront 2, which came out much later in the year, these models are quite lower quality (understandable of course). At least when looking at the textures, but I'm sure some touching up after conversion would help them a lot. I'm most interested in the Air Battledroid, Blaze Trooper, Buzz Droid, and Grapple Droid (but the Grapple Droid has been done many times over anyways, utilizing the stock SBD model and modifying it). The Jedi models are actually very nice. In any case, these assets, I am sure, will come handy for people wanting to use them.
