Urban Rebel Trooper

Scrapped Urban Rebel Design for BF1 (and should work for BF2 with small edits perhaps).
This was scrapped due to a theme change with the rebel models. I figure I put all this work into modifying the face and skin for a few days, why not let someone else use it. If you use this, credit to "Twinkeyrunaway" would be most appreciated.
