Thank's! :D Actualy, I have to create all those gun models, because, they will be need to me, for my Nar Shaddaa, future project. After I release those overload by beautyfull models map, at last, my 3D modeling activity, will be surely, slow down.

Looks pretty good, but I'd take out the fake specular in the texture. Instead, make a normal map and give set the material flag to rendertype 28, which is render gloss + bump.


EDIT:

Actually, something that would look even cooler would be to create an environment map for the thing instead! :o

Thank's, nice suggestings, and if I cud use real XSI, and Pandemic addon, I am surely use them. :lol:
But I am using XSI Mod Tool, and can add specularity, with HEX editor only.

Oh, I may agree, that would be surely look cooler, with an enviromap, but I know, how to modding, for SWBF1 only, and such things, is dosen't big matter for me. :wink:

You can actually use Rep's meshtool to add a bump or environment map.

You don't need the Pandemic Tools anymore, Softimage Mod Tool 7.5 and XSI ZETools is all you need and are both free and available for everyone. Mod Tool is 'real' XSI, just labeled differently with a few limitations.

Good idea. I forgot about this. Still, it seems, in SWBF1, is impossible to make bump and specularity for the same material texture, so, I have to choose something more "shiny" :wink: .
About enviromap... I can't check it on practice, is it work's or not, because still didn't figure out, how to add custom sides for SWBF2, and releasing something "uncheked" is out of my rules.
May be, if I will have more time, to learn about SWBF2 modding, I may remade some of my models...
Probably it may happens, after I release my Nar Shaddaa map, and if got positive comments, try to convert it for SWBF2, and start to learn in process of that.
