What is the program to make fighters cap ships troops and stuff like that? Where do I download it?

As far as I know, most of the video-games conceived by Companies associated to LucasArts (Such as Raven Software, amongst many others) have exploited Autodesk® 3ds Max® in order to lead the Development of the Meshes shipping with their Creations, including Star Wars : Empire At War. Above all, in case you would be in a certain "Professional Situation", I have learnt that you could take advantage of interesting Offers inherent to the Software I have mentioned above, moncal'...

Off-topic : moncal', in case you did not realize what was the exact meaning of the last words contained inside my previous message, then I guess I have to tell you that Autodesk® 3ds Max® will not be that "cheap" once you will be deciding to order this Specialized Software, as proven by this web-page...

Off-topic : I do not call into question this Statement, minilogoguy', but I basically thought that getting either the latest or upcoming Release(s) of 3ds Max® could be worth a try, while knowing Autodesk® has acquired Alias® for a certain time, which might mean that implementing parts of Maya® into the concerned Software mustn't have been "isolated" by the fast-growing Autodesk® Company...

id still reccomend people to use maya rather than max just cause maya has many more tools and comes with tons of free video tutorials upon download, they get installed when you install the program. 3ds max is just a slow, laggy program with terrible texturing tools and lacks my favorite XSI and Maya tool which is the weight painter, you get perfect enveloping in a fraction of the time!

Off-topic : I guess that such a Statement is up to both your own Preferences and Expectations, minilogoguy', but as far as I know, Star Wars Jedi Knight : Jedi Academy is a LucasArts video-game having been partly conceived thanks to Autodesk® 3ds Max®, and I doubt that Raven Software© has randomly picked up this Software amongst other similar ones, such as Softimage|XSI Products...

Off-topic : Also, before letting you choose between either Autodesk® 3ds Max® or Autodesk® / Alias® Maya Products, I would like to remind you that the Company having acquired Alias|Wavefront still allows the Downloading of the "Personal Learning Edition" of Maya, which would be rather helpful to you in case you would wish to try your hand at 3D-modelling thanks to free Specialized Softwares, moncal'...
