Fallout 3 and New Vegas General Modding Thread

This is for skinners and modders who mod for the PC versions of Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas (Fallout NV has many Fallout 3 as well as FO3 DLC content, but I'm sure people have guessed that.)
I'm going to show my first skin I made for FO3/NV a few days ago...note I did not get it into game yet, still need to learn. It's not perfect, but I'm satisfied for the most part. This is a U.S. Army T-51b armor set that I made, based on the green schemed U.S. armored vehicles from the 1940's to and through the 1950's depending on the location (Fallout is 1950's culture after all, despite being far into the future.) The screens were taken in Nifskope, "A graphical program that allows you to open NIF files, view their contents, edit them, and write them back out again. You can use it to quickly make changes to specific properties of a NIF file such as changing the texture, adding translucency, and more. A 3D view of the contents of the NIF file allows you to preview your changes instantly."
I hope you like, it still needs to be refined, in my opinion, but here's the rough concept. Not final overall skin regarding color and other details, but the star and flag placement is final. I will not overload it with unnecessary decals. This is the first in a series of skins honoring the U.S. Armed Forces. The Air Force and the Navy will eventually be skinned too. I'm going to be tossing around skin ideas for awhile.
Offtopic (hiding to not take up too much space):
PS- I can change the title to 'mod thread' to make it more convenient for Fallout modders.
Skin Credits/Inspirations:
U.S. Army for their Schemes.
Bethesda and Obsidian for the G.E.C.K. and game materials.
tavtav of the Fallout 3 Nexus for inspiration for doing such schemes for Power Armor and Fallout Skins in General.
Creators of Nifskope.
