Custom map freezes on load [Solved]

I'm making a new scarif map, and after gradually working and intermittently testing for a while, whenever I try to run the map, it freezes on the loadscreen - never loads or crashes.

This had happened occasionally, because the scarif bridge and landingpad assets I'm working with have tended to do that, in addition to crashing ZE, but I could always undo whatever I had done and get it to work again. But now I've deleted all of the problematic assets, done full manual cleans, and I even created a brand new map data file, followed the steps here (viewtopic.php?f=27&t=8519#p257439 and remunged and still the issue occurs. The strangest thing is, when I run it in the debugger that comes with the modtools, it actually works and loads the game properly, but it freezes when running it in the regular game. Also, whenever this issue crashed the game, it also crashed ZE, but now ZE works fine and the only problem is with the game itself.

I didn't see anything particularly damning in the error log, but I'll attach it below if anyone else spots anything else. The last error about a nilvalue in the postload looked suspicious at first, but I've double checked that section in the lua and can't spot any errors. I'll also include the lua for what its worth. Not sure what to do here.

I fixed those and a few others and the error still persists. Still works in the debugger, but not the main game. Next error log will follow, for what it's worth, but I know with certainty it's nothing to do with the sides or conquest stuff, as both of those work fine in the debugger. I guess I'll just make a test map and start trouble shooting which objects could be causing it. I noticed something about the sky file in the error log. Could be that, as I did change the sky file not too many test runs before this started happening

EDIT: I can confirm that the sky file was causing this, though I don't yet know why. Reverting to the stock sky file fixed it
