ST4 won't munge

I'm trying to munge a new sound lvl file with the Kamino streams but when I go to munge it, it says this in the mungelog:

soundflmunge.exe : Warning : Unable to delete temporary directory C:\Users\Gareth\AppData\Local\Temp\soundflmunge.exe5 - while munging F:\LucasArts\BFBuilder\Datakam1\Sound\worlds\kam1\kam1gcw.st4

During munge it claims kam1gcw.st4 can't be found, even though it's in my "sound/kam1" folder.

Sure:

I haven't changed anything from stock, aside from removing the "Read Only" flag from the file.

Odd. What happens if you remove all of the file's contents and munge? Also, try munging a different .st4 file and see what happens.

It didn't work. But when I looked in the temp munge folder, it seems that it couldn't munge the "amb_kaminoInterior_bck" file. Opening it in GoldWave showed that it was incorrectly converted (GoldWave wouldn't actually open it) so I've reconverted it in Audacity and will see if that works.
