Ah, I now I remember my reaction to seeing the disruptor for the first time. It was something close to, "My eyes!!!!"

Re: Envoy of the Beginning [GCW] - Continuing...
I have Shadows of the Empire myself, only on the N64. I decided to take it from the basement, clean it, and even play some Dash Rendar. The disruptor rifle is indeed a bit too much, but the Seeker Missiles will certainly be included. Still don't know what model to use, but we'll see. As secondary, next to the grenades, I'll try the stunners as a Force wave with low push.
Improving the shoulder pads now btw, should be better! Thanks for all your suggestions and help, I'm still open to some model and stunner-suggestions

Here's a model idea: as silly as it was how Dash fired all his weapons from a mere pistol, building off this concept, how about some kind of attachment to the DL-44 specifically for firing seeker missiles? I don't know how it would look like but it's a lot better than being canon, right?

Haha, the Outrider would be awesome! I can convert it to, if you want to! Anyhow, I got his secondary done as well. Since the DL-44 is quite heavy, also with the seekers, I decided a medium-damage grenade would do. It's a sortoff Disruptor Grenade, when you're hit directly you're probably dead, and the explosion does some incinerating damage. With that, Dash Rendar is as good as finished! Do need to say, I also fixed the weights on his shoulder pads, but was to lazy to take a new pic!

Oh and I added a blue sparktrail to the seeker missiles.. Thanks Sky!
(still using your effects in almost every new side)

I think I just missed that one.. What do you mean?

Yeah I meant the ones you've sent me! Luckily I can do some effects myself now, finally.. So most is just recoloring, but I still take all main/'base' effects from that folder!

I'm kindoff clueless what Hero Support unit to use for Dash, I was thinking of a Lebo droid. Suggestions?

This guy?

Awww
But isn't Hero support a common unit? Leebo is more of a sub-hero/sidekick rather than hero-support so to say.
to be more exact, the droid's model is an LE Repair Droid: http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/LE_repair_droid
Since he was a freelancer, maybe a smuggler *friend* support unit? Pirate? Dead-beatz?

Re: Envoy of the Beginning [GCW] - Continuing...
Yeah I know he's more of a side-kick, but he did mostly missions with Lebo or other alliance heroes.. But indeed, a Pirate or some sort of sentient smuggler might do.
Besides that, a little new model for this expansion:

SWEET!
I tried looking up allies for Dash as hero support, but nobody in particular turned up. I'd suggest maybe the Twi'lek mercenary by Caleb as a good generic-yet-unique unit.

Yeah, and while you're at it, give it some white-yet-black hair, and some big-but-small boots, along with a loud-but-quiet voiceover.

Re: Envoy of the Beginning [GCW] - Vehicles and hero update
You've been churning out some fantastic work lately.
As for hero support or whatever units to go along with Dash, why don't you set something up like you had for a few maps in the last release, like on Boz Pity, where there were several different Jedi units that took high amounts of points to unlock? You could have Dash as the normal hero, and Lebo (or whoever) as the points-to-unlock hero.

Wow, I was gone for the past 24 hours or so, and all this incredible work came up! Good job pulling off the attachment for the DL-44 and thanks for showing off Dash on Mustafar!
As for a hero support unit for Dash: how about a Bothan Spy? Reason being he and a bunch of them infiltrated the Suprosa to steal to the Death Star II plans.

Very nice job done there, Mande.
I love Rendar and the TIE MAuler, but doesn't the middle anti-infantry gun on the Mauler needs to be lower altituded than the other two?
