I think Grievous doesn't have any pistol animations. And human animations will clearly not work with a skelleton such as grievous'. So for that point, i think Grievous won't be using this pistol..

But we can still give it to the CIS droids so that they don't have those boring pistols anymore.

nullcommando poted a code that makes it look like it shots two lasers in the moddung section some weeks/days ago (the topic was doublepistolrelated)

@Actiroan: it doesnt matter if he has the anims or not, if he doesnt have them, he will use the normal human anims (im not shure if it will mess him up, but choking works also for him and there is only one choking anim for all units)

That's what i said.. Grievous' skelleton has very different arms than the normal skelleton. Just give it a go; grievous with pistol.. You'll probably get a CTD, or messy arms. Plus messy scalings since the bones aren't even comparable to the human's when looking at scaling. I might make a human-grievous.. Would be usefull with this pistol and 2 sabers

yoda and aalya can use any anim, they just have a different basepose
and if pandemic want extremely lazy the made grievous 2nd armset child of the 1st which would let him use all anims he wants

Fraid not. Giving Grevous different anims makes his arms disappear, and he'll have the gun somewhere on his chest.

Lol, that's logical. Yoda has exactly the same skelleton, only with other scalings. Aayla has the human skel, only with 2 tentacles added. Now you don't wanna take something from a noob like me, but i've been doing skelletons longer than today. What i meant; using the human basepose with grievous will mess up his scalings (he'll be shorter, etc). If u use his basepose, but gunner anims, his arms will dissapear or be messy, because his arms are not named the same as the humans! Just check it in uu3d ;)

No problem man! :D Shall i envelope Grievous to a human skelleton (with correct scalings) so we can use him with this pistol/2sabres? :D
