Well, here it is, at last. Battlefront Zero. Battlefront Zero is a mod for Star Wars Battlefront 2, which basicly adds VERY MUCH new Clone Wars stuff.
How? Are we replacing sides? The answer is no. Battlefront Zero is a stand alone mod, and can be played with all other mods. No things will be replaced,
only things will be added. This is because Battlefront Zero just adds maps, which include all new stuff, like map objects, new legions, new droids,
new weapons, new vehicles, new heroes, new sounds, new effects and new animations.
Battlefront Zero can be used without any other thing, as said. Still, we really think you should download Zerted's Version 1.3 patch, because this will
add more MODS (like Jedi Hunt) and more display to the addon list. Without this shell from Zerted, the Battlefront Zero maps won't have names in the addon
list, so you'll need to puzzle to find out what to play! With the patch/shell, all map names will be displayed in BLUE FONT, so you know what a Battlefront
Zero map is.
2. Installation Guide

1. Take the GameData folder from this package, and merge it with the one from ...\Lucasarts\Star Wars Battlefront II
2. If it asks you if it's okay if files get overwriten, press YES, otherwise BF0 won't work properly
3. After installation, play till your computer crashes because of the drool coming out'f your mouth!

Down here is a list of what legions, heroes, vehicles, maps and droid units there are. We won't go into it further, like Clone units, weapons, etc. That
would be too much for one .txt file i guess? The things below are what you'll find ingame.. Still, we have for example more legions done, but no map for them.
Again, thanks for downloading Battlefront Zero. For us, the team, Battlefront Zero is more than just a mod. To be honest,
we worked on this longer than 1 year, and saw members coming, going and doing great things. In the end, we have a wonderfull world.
I always wanted to become 'famous' doing modding. Now, i think i managed.. When you play, in the Tri Droid, or as Kit Fisto, which has animated tentacles..
Think of me. I took loads of time in the detail of animations. That's why Ahsoka's and Kit's tentacles are animated.. I sorta found out how to do that.
The walker? Like a new walker like the AT-AP? The next version will have more, like the AT-OT, and Tri-Droid. Also more maps, like Christopshis, and
more legions like the 91st, the 501st and Alpha Squad.

We have our own 'Battlefront Zero' part there, full of info and nice pictures. Good luck, and have fun playing!

Enjoy this. Post all BUGS below, so not things you'ld like to change. I'll post all bugs in this post, and mark them with a color. Green means will be fixed in upcoming patch, red means not fixable, blue means it isn't a bug/it's meant to be

i have a lot of suggestions/bugs sort-of
-the plo koon/yoda guy is a bit odd lol
-the at-ap primary weapon had no sound
-i don't really like only being able to play as the riflemen when you first start
-the blue laser texture bug mav mentioned
-did you want the texture to be constant on lowlands?
idk if you wanted the droids on jedi hunt to have an explosion or not, but they have none currently
can't remember the others. otherwise, its fairly nice for a version 1.0, i can tell a lot of work was put into this but i think it could be better (its only version 1 though )
oh and like mav mentioned, Muunilinst was really laggy lol
also the loadscreens either pop up like half way through loading or not at all
Congrats on the release of this amazing mod, you've worked long and hard on this and kudos to the whole BF0 team because, as Mav once put it, your baby is here.
And what a baby.
- There are no textures for the clone lasers. They're just square blue/white projectiles.
- The Kashyyyk birds have no textures.
- On Muunilist you can't capture one of the CPs.
- The hunt mode on Geonosis; Arena crashes to desktop when you try to load it.
- There are some floating objects in Mos Gamos.
- Like Obi said, the plo koon/yoda skin is really weird.
First of all, thanks for all nice comments. This is really my baby, I'm also sad to see that obi thinks it could be better. We're going for nice gameplay, and custom, new content. Not as complicated as some other mods, but it should add enough to the BF2 you have. I worked long on this, on every asset, and stupid me seriously didn't notice these bugs, or forgot to fix them
Thanks in special Mav', for the bugs, i updated the first post with some comments and questions. Most bugs should be fixed in the version, i also want to include ZERO Squad then, but i need to see if someone can help me with my script.
Thanks all, and just.. enjoy it Please don't look at those 2 floating objects at this moment, but enjoy the awesome gameplay. I really made this in a way I LOVE playing the maps: they're really a battle. Hope you enjoy it too

Just because something's from the assets doesn't mean that it's not going to have missing sounds - if you don't load a sound .lvl file with the right sound in it, you won't have the sound. On Boz Pity, whatever sound .lvl you used for it doesn't call for the lightning sound.

Well, quoted for truth i guess. Just experienced that too, this is why there were missing sounds on Tat too. Never looked at these things.
So Mav', how is it in general? (besides bugs) And when version 1.1 is done, how do i upload it to SWBF2 filefront?

The maps in this mod are really breath taking once you've actually played. However, I hate to say it but, their are alot of bugs in this, but the most of them are minor. I did find several Award freezers, but I forgot what units had them. I'll play through the maps again to find them, but here's a couple of the units I remember:
(I think) The commander droid in munlist. When you switch his weapon, I think when you have the award pistol, the game freezes.
The clone trooper Fett metioned.
There where more, but I forgot, so I'll post them when I remember them.
btw, the B3 is like a, a, I can't even think of something to describe it. I toke down an AT-AT within a minute with it! But my team still lost because I was too focused joy gunning with the B3 and not helping my team...Oh, and this is really a great mod BF0 team!
By no means do i have a gaming computer but i turned down LOD to around 30% and view distance to 60% and lighting to med and Muunilist and Kashyyk works fine with no lag for me
