Hi guys this is my assets release thread, all following releases will be posted on here, the WIP topic will show WIP stuff and this will have DL-links for finished stuff!

Are all those textures sampled right from SWBF2? If they are not, it would be wise to make the proper crediting here in the topic lest someone think you are trying to skate around that.

They are Higher rez versions, from TFU 2, its the same texture as in swbf2 just higher rez, so lucasarts is the only one besides me that build stuff

Well, one could replace all the parts of the ripped texture with stock bf textures. I think that would make it okay right?

It would be okay. It would be a bit of a pain for the staff, because I can promise you that we'd look extra-hard if we saw things up from this pack (we
can decompile textures from .lvl files, remember), but it wouldn't be breaking the rules so long as you only used SWBF2 textures.

well they werent ripped, the TFU 2 files arent encrypted. Also the Tie advanced texture set is part of the stock swbf tie texture set (hence the perfect fit) wich was created by lucasarts in the first place (originaly for rogue squadron 2 on the gamecube like most swbf ship models) so it stays within a lucasarts game so i dont see any problem, its non profit and its not illegal.
but i guess thats just swbffiles policy, but ill include readme's with proper credits in the following releases.
