Many of you guys may have seen this in the showcase thread, and a few people have asked for it, so I'll just release it to the public.

This isn't a full release, this weapon is still in its beta stage and will likely get a new texture and some more model detail added on later on.

...hmmm....nice on recreating this, if this is what you were mainly going for, dude. Garakai has a modified one (Named 'Modified Alliance Needler Carbine') on SWG and it fires yellow. Looks pretty accurate to me, even though yours might just be a different variation of that.

Correct you are, I just named it the RI-21 Blaster Rifle because it didn't have an actual model name, only "Alliance Needler Carbine". The texture was originally just a placeholder, I decided to keep it, but it will go soon.
