Well, i think is not that one, is the one that Deviss used for his HD EP3 Cody, i dont know if the model is the same, because i see the skins are different.

is there any information about the author in the readme?

I think if it's DEV's HD ep3 Remapped Commander Cody 2.0 then the visor is by NeoMarz.

...or if it's DEV-Icemember's HD ep3 Commander Cody then the visor part is indeed by Qdin, and Vyse, and NeoMarz did the visor extras.

the AT-XT was made by pandemic for the game "(the) clone wars" and was given by psych0fred to the community, so you should credit both him and pandemic of you use it.

What was the point of asking who made it if you didn't have the asset in the first place? If it was to use the author's name in order to find the asset, then I don't think you did that. You know now that author is psych0fred, so try looking on his site.

I have no idea, but that's a pretty tiny edit to the stock fusioncutter texture. You could easily remake it yourself and not even worry about who did that exact version.

Pandemic made it. It came with the SWBF2 assets. The unoffficial 1.2 patch used that one. It's not that much from different from the SWBF1 version, which was what the Conversion Pack used.
