Included are a playable R2d2 (Yes it has been released before, but that link is broken.)
And a playable probe droid. The R2 unit has a fusion cutter and it can fly, while the probe has a recon droid blaster.

This is made by General_Nate.

*To easly change the skin of the R2 unit, just rename grndr2d2.tga to somthine else, and name the new skin you want grndr2d2.tga. Yes, that's all there is to it. Oh, and if you want to change again, do the steps above, but clean before you munge, or it will stay the same.

Might want to designate differently the models with the textures. What if you want a "rainbow R2 force". Experienced modders can read the change texture tut, but less experienced will have trouble with hex-editing.....

So perhaps u can rename some files(r2d2yellow.msh with r2d2yellow.tga and so on instead of changing from just 1 msh)

Hmm, yeah, that would be easier.

And no. It's parented to "com_inf_default". I couldn't find it so I couldn't edit it. But it has the illusion that it's flying. (If someone can tell me where to find com_inf_default I'd happily change it!)
