I was messing around in the mod tools awhile ago, and decided to (and did) make a recreation of the Halo plasma grenades! Here they are! The d/l is just the odfs because it takes all of its assets from what's already there. You can use them if you want, but make sure you give credit!

You used the rocket's ord fx, right?
Just remove the lines about smoke and there you go.

Sticky right . . .

My grenades are wierd. They stick to everything except for floors and walls and ceilings. They stick to objects, units, and the inside of ships in space . I like sticky though so I don't care!

The way I did it makes the d/l minimal because I don't have to include the .fx file, but good idea!

You could use Fraps or GameCam.

It depends on your preference of annoyance. Fraps gives you sound but is slow. GameCam doesn't give you sound but it's decently fast. Neither of them are free, they're just trials.

But if you Google around, I'm sure you'll find something.

I use "ZD Soft Game Recorder" It is fast, it has sound and it's free!

You mean the ones you made yourself or his? Because plasma grenades are only supposed to stick to things that produce heat.

Change these in the ord .odf of the nades to effect stickiness
