discord forum tag

In our forum profiles, it lets us show our Steam or Xfire names. I'd like to see if the admins would be intersted in updating this to have a discord entry. Also Xfire is gone so logically it should be removed (perhaps replace that with discord)

Should be active now, but it will only show up when viewing a user's profile.
