Re: Conversion Pack 2.0 release thread
this is very fun to play, but i found it kinda wierd how the republic commando pistol model is the DC-15S Pistol, and the Commandos carry a DC-15S Side Arm, which has different sound effects. it may be just me, but it seemed kinda strange. but that really isnt a problem. Great job though!

Yep, I thought it'd be fun to have a RvB guy in there. I wanted Grif, but we already have an orange-ish commando.

Re: Conversion Pack 2.0 release thread- change or delete new hud
Hi ,
I would like to thank you guys for doing such great work. I have really been looking forward to new space maps and its all fabulous.
I do have one question though. How can I get rid of this new hud?its takes up an awfull lot of the screen action.
I read that this may be an old topic (more than 30 days) but I'm quite new to all of this
and if some kind soul could spell it out i would be most appreciative.
Is ther file folder I should open up and delete, or am I am stuck with the new blue rectangle huds.
Is there a way of just keeping the chase camera with the Q button/target lock and the aiming reticule?
many thanks for any guidance

Re: Conversion Pack 2.0 release thread- change or delete new hud
If you read the ReadMe it tells you exactly what to do but anyways go to your SWBF2 game directory (the default is C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront II), than go into GameData\addon\AAA-v1.3patch and run the "menu.bat" file and follow the on screen directions on how to remove the hud.effectSP wrote:Hi ,

Re: Conversion Pack 2.0 release thread
Teancum wants to add Dash Rendar to the Convo Pack in another patch, but when is anybody's guess. You can also find the Falcon on Space Endor. You have to kill a load of TIEs (between 1 and 30, I think) then go to the second hangar in the Mon Cal cruiser, and you should find it. Just make sure you kill alot of fighters first. And welcome to GT!effectSP wrote:You are a beautifull human being. Straight and to the point without excessive brow beating.

Re: Conversion Pack 2.0 release thread
I don't see anymore the bonus content like in the conversion pack 1.9.1
I have the italian version and when i install the convopack the game it is translated to english language.

Re: Conversion Pack 2.0 release thread
Nobody ever offered to translate the Conversion Pack to Italian, that's why it's in English. And lots of things were removed because it was using to many of the game's map slots.
What exactly is missing?

Re: Conversion Pack 2.0 release thread
He's talking about the restored "bonus content" available in the main interface; and that was removed.

Re: Conversion Pack 2.0 release thread
Ah... That's a 1.3 thing now, right? It's been way too long since I've messed with it, but that's all shell stuff, so it shouldn't be a pack thing.

Re: Conversion Pack 2.0 release thread
I'm not quite sure if this is the place, but I was wondering something. Since Coruscant: City was in Conversion Pack 1.9 with Kit as a hero, could I take the files (.lvls and mission, etc.) from the 1.9 and replace the normal Coruscant: City files with them, and have the new, patched, version of Kit? (because the files that are accessed use the same names, they're just different). If so, should (can) I do this? I don't want to anger Rends or anyone from the conversion pack.

Re: Conversion Pack 2.0 release thread
My question is why did you include those new maps? (Ord Ibanna, Methlyn, Rakata, etc...)
Not to complain or anything, just curois.

Re: Conversion Pack 2.0 release thread
Because most of those are still from SWBF1, they were just community-made maps. We included some others as bonuses as well.impspy wrote:My question is why did you include those new maps? (Ord Ibanna, Methlyn, Rakata, etc...)

Re: Conversion Pack 2.0 release thread
not sure if I should post this here but anyway I have installed the pack right and the 1.3 patch but some of the maps don't show up and the KOTOR era isn't there also I have taken out the BF1 folder from the addon folder but the maps still show up and I can play them so Im asking how can I fully uninstall the pack because its kinda messed up and their are no instructions on how to uninstall it.
