Steam issues...again

Hello Gametoasters whenever I try to access steam it tells me to login(so I do) and then gives me this little black box with text saying that my internet may not be configured correctly to steam's guidelines. Anyhow I tried just deleting the program from my computer and that didnt change anything, any suggestions?

It looks like the fix is the old "Delete clientregistry.blob" trick, though. If you haven't already done so (and just for future reference), that's generally step 1 in trying to fix Steam problems.
