HELP I have a hp computer that keeps trying to force me to download some program and it wont go away! Any advice on how to stop it? Also there is a spinning disc graphic in the center of my screen if that helps at all.

Ctrl + ALT + Delete -> Open task manager

Find the program that is probably it and close it. Make sure it's the one you want, don't close anything that you need.

Start + R

Type in services.msc and find the program that you closed earlier. Set its startup type to manual and if it is running stop it.

Did you try the second part of my post? Open up Run using Start + R and find it in there and disable it?

He means the Windows key, to the left of your spacebar.
