btw you need to increase the dome height on the kashyyyk map. I can kill myself by jumping up and down at the 3rd and 1st command posts.

oh, and see this thread for how to fix missing sounds: http://www.gametoast.com/forums/viewtop ... 20#p241820

I liked your Map Pack,Tk432
For first Maps most of them are pretty good.
My Favos are the Rhen Var Ruins and both Bespin Maps.

Some Things to notice.
The Sides are unbalanced.
Specially if you play CW.The CIS is overpowered due to the CP placing.
Appears for sure in Rhen Var and Bespin Colony.
At the Colony Map i tryed to capture first CP3 but if you do in this way,you never can stop the CIS.
If you capture first CP2 then your able to capture also CP3 but its a hard Fight
and after a long Battle youre forced to retiere back to your CP1 and defeat your last Position from there.
I dont worry about it,i have had some good Fights in the Area with the Bridge, that have a texture flickering.

Bespin Platform City has the most Bugs like floating CPs,Objects,Turret, missing Platform Textures/Parts and Gonks.
The Lighting is also way to rosy btw.Buildings are to rosy.
The Bespin Colony and Kashyyk Lighting looks great and the Ambiance feels much better.
The Smoke Effect in some of the Bespin Corridors are sqaurish same at some Fireplaces @ Kashyyyk Map.
Add some Jedi or Arc Fighter for sure to Platform City. You created enough Landing Pads around the Platforms and they are empty.
Add your own Jedi Heroes not only the standart Ones like Yoda,Anakin....

The Coruscant Map the same is unbalance but pretty good.
So or so you did a good Job in all theses Maps.Personally i didnt liked Anchorhead but All other Maps are well done.
Some of them are way challenging, if not unfair ,if you play as Clone ;-)
Spend some more Time on them before releasing a new Version with only fixing the BFX Problem.

thanks a lot for the great review, alex. i will defenetly consider your advices when fixing the maps. I know that some maps are kinda unbalanced but like in coruscant i wanted it hard to win. and its very possible to win on all maps. the main work on anchorhead was the BFX eras, which are sadly not working, i know the stock eras are kinda boring, sorry.

The stock eras arent boring.I pefere a good CW/GCW Mode but Stock Heroes are boring.;-)
A Question besides:
Why you add BFX Era?
Its not ,that i want to bash BFX.It was and is a great Mod but Why not adding a Dark Times Era.That Mod is more popular than BFX and i think more People play BF2 with DT.

If you think about Changing Sides, then
You could change the Legion at Kashyyyk Map.Think its the 327th.They dont fit to a Night Time Map like this.Whats about 41th? EP.2 Clones are also ever welcome.;-)

While I would love to see it use Dark Times instead of BFX (indeed I feel it is better but I am certainly biased), it is not more popular right now, as it is significantly newer and has not picked up the amount of ubiquity BFX has.

@Alex: he did it because he wanted custom sides for GCW&CW, but he did not know how to do it by himself, so he used BFX.

Off-topic edit: you have been away for quite some time, how are you?

thats right and i wanted to have more variation. i dont really know how to add DT (mostly because i did never really read the tut) and im a beginner (which addind DT isnt that good for) please dont expect super awesome randomness and all that. im just not really into that. but yea i would also love to use DT in my maps in the future when im more into scripting. unless anyone of you wanna help me and add DT to the maps for me.

I wrote that beginners would have a hard time at the beginning of my tutorial because most beginners do not take the time to learn to do things correctly and might skim over something important - you don't seem like the average beginner; you have five or so fairly-well-done maps and seem to have a pretty solid grasp on your tools. As long as you take the time to carefully follow the tutorial I wrote step-by-step, I'm sure that you wouldn't have a problem (and of course I am happy to answer any questions people might have about my own tutorial). Of course the decision is yours; only do that if it's something you personally want to do.
