I finally made hangars landable on extra Capital ships (FAQ)

Designate landing area in new capital ship hangar (FAQ)

I was up all night with this...but I've got it now. Made a space map with three fully functional Cap ships per side(Cor) and 6 frigates per team.

The trick is to make a control region in your hangar after you place a CP..then go to your ABC/Common/Scripts/ABCc_cmn.lua file and add a this line at the VERY END of the file..under Deathregions:


AddLandingRegion("rep-cp2_con")


Replace the rep-cp2_con with the name of YOUR control region you placed inside the hangar.


Now spaceships can take off and land inside the new hangars.

darn I wanted to pilot a Cap ship :D nice work man I need to add this info to my docs. Can't wait to see your map!!
