You can use it, certainly. I think we're best off waiting for the rules to be updated with the new info before actually posting any assets.
So, here's what games/apps I have found so far with the new EULA:
(EDITED to include additional games that Teancum has posted)
And here's those using their own EULAs:

Star Wars: Galactic Defense (EA)
I don't think DeNA is affiliated with EA, but this mobile game has been shutdown and is about to be unsupported soon anyway.

With regards to Disney Infinity, it probably won't matter anyway as it is being discontinued.

Re: Updated EULAs for Star Wars games on Steam
So what this boils down to is you are allowed to use any assets from the Star Wars games that have Updated EULAs but the Star Wars Games that have NOT ALLOWED users to use assets can still face penalties until said company says it is alright to do so in future EULAs? As others said, I am not an expert with this at all, I am just trying to wrap my head around this.
Re: Updated EULAs for Star Wars games on Steam
I believe the admins have also said non-supported games can be used.
So I'd like to suggest Star Wars Uprising, which previously was on the 'no' list, be considered given that the game has now been pulled from Google Play and iTunes and the servers shut down in November.

Re: Updated EULAs for Star Wars games on Steam
I have some legal training, so here's my view: (NOTE I AM NOT A PRACTICING LAWYER AND HAVE NO PASSED THE BAR EXAM, EVEN IF I HAD THE LAWS IN YOUR LOCALITY DO NOT NECESSARILY ALIGN WITH MINE);
That's pretty nice of them, however, it needs to be noted that these are Disney's terms for licensing their content to you, in return you grant them X,Y,Z.
It should be noted in Scotland (NOTE: SCOTLAND, not all of the UK), derivative works are jointly owned, you have rights to your work, it's like covering a song, it's legal and you can make money from it, this is how *insert disney license property here* porn spoofs exist, and drawn art, because there's Jack Disney can do about it.
Furthermore it should be noted that these are an offer of terms, in the UK ELUAs are not legally binding contracts, they are statements of intent, and none have ever been enforced without a collolating precedent to the relevant clause, although it can be accepted that this is a company giving you notice, you own what you buy, and can do mostly what you like with it so long as it's only you who's affected.
What this is, is Disney's offer to you, the terms under which it extends a license to you, Cart-blanche, under theses terms which basically is, you can use our property, but we get to use yours when it uses ours, it applies to everything in the games it covers.
You do not need to accept this license, but if you don't you have no legal basis to straight up rip assets from these games unless you own them, and then distributing them is another matter, if you did not accept these terms you would need another relevant excuse or defence, and it would likely not cover stock assets from these games, but unless your planing on making "SWBF2: Imperial Academy - Screwing your way to the top", you should be okay with this one.
All in all, this is an awesome move by disney to it's community, and deserves the biggest high five ever, as this protect their copyright, by giving everyone a licence to use it for non-profit things that disney doesn't want to Veto, and I'm good with it.

Re: Updated EULAs for Star Wars games on Steam
So Star Wars: Uprising (Android, iOS) is getting shut down in November. Once the game is offline it's fair to use the assets -- according to our own rules anyway.

Re: Updated EULAs for Star Wars games on Steam
Can someone who owns them on PC check: Bounty hunter and jedi starfighter?
P.s. does this mean we can modify the EXE now? Or is that the same?

By our rules at least they should be ok as they were made well before Battlefront II.

That part is unclear.
From what I heard, all Star Wars games on Steam have this updated EULA, so that makes the following games allowed:
- Knights of the Old Republic 1 and 2
- Empire at War (and Forces of Corruption)
- Galactic Battlegrounds
- Republic Commando
- Starfighter (2001)
- All of the Dark Forces/Jedi Knight games.
- Rebellion
- The Force Unleashed 1 and 2
- X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter
- X-Wing Alliance
- Rogue Squadron 3D
- Rebel Assault 1 and 2
- X-Wing & TIE Fighter Special Editions
- The Clone Wars: Republic Heroes
(Had accidentally hit the "quote" button instead of "edit")

I've atually messaged SW.com on this subject, will post reply, also asked for sauce (again), plus some other stuff connected to our project Commander, I'm still working on your reply, but TFU is a boon to use given the animations and that imperial lander? (Not the shuttle the other thing) I'm very excited about some of the hero costumes, would make a nice update to go with the HD trooper skins you want.
