Empire at War Assets?

Hey Everyone,
I don't exactly know how any of this works, but is it possible to rip assets from Empire at War? I know the games aren't very similar, but is is possible to get some models such as the AT-AA, T2-B, or SPMA-T? I know of some sort of ten years rule but I think it has been ten years. Anyways, just an idea and wondering if it's possible.

If someone else has done something like this already I apologize.

I have seen EAW assets used in mods before, and EAW did have it's own mod tools & assets released by it's developer, so I'm reasonably certain it's ok.


The big issue would be animating the assets. Plus EAW assets are really low poly since it was a RTS and don't look as good close up.

They're not any lower poly than SWBF assets, so as long as people don't want to be all Ultra-HD it'd look fine.
