Battlefront 2 crashed, need to know what the name of map

Anyone know the name of the map at the 1:16 mark in this video?
It's an old battlefront 2 based machinima series that I made a while ago but I have recently had battlefront 2 crash on my computer and have had to delete everything. I would like to know what the name of the map is or the map pack that it came from (or even the person that created it).
