Campaign Missions in Multiplayer
Is there any official way to play campaign in mutliplayer (besides using admin commands)? I ran a search, but couldn't find anything.

If they are not in the map list, then no. The campaign maps don't work well with multiple human players and it takes too much time to rewrite them for MP.
