You can go ahead and use it; provided that:
a) You credit the original source, and
b) You do not use the track in its entirety (e.g. three-quarters instead of the full track).

I personally suggest finding more than one of the tracks you like and mixing parts of them together. Even just a simple crossfade can sound good provided it's done at the right point.

i was planning on using 3 actually as you suggested in your tutuorial. Should I manually edit them or will the game's cutting of them per the number of reinforcements be enough?
