heres my second attempt at making a good startup screen. and guess what, a new cursor! now its the same arrow but light blue(got it from eaw demo)

put these in your lucasarts/bf2/install/pages/main
but remem to make a backup file

for the cursor, put it in the install folder backing up the old one

the black and white sqaures are for the words so you can see em better

That would be much more impressive if you hadn't downloaded that picture off the Internet. I've used it as my desktop image for almost a year.

and i gotta agree with the upper posts, that pic is stolen, and the cursor is from republic commando<.<
1/10 because of the lack of origianlity! my screen had a lightsaber cursor and (no offensing!!) original screenies taken by myself.

I think he made a good Load-Screen and that was the motive for making this Thread.

Hey, just because yours was removed(for a logical reason) and his isn't doesn't mean you can trash his.
He liked the picture, so he used it. It's not as bad of a start-screen as you describe it..

Yeah, same here.

Startup Screen Modifications only works with the DVD version of the game, i am guessing you two have the CD version.
BTW: I wont take them offensive Dohnutt

Are we trying to turn this into a flame war? Give the man some credit for making this, but i've made at least 3 with awesome load screens. (don't ask me for them, I have since chunked them into the recycle bin to be decimated) I favor zaborack's load screen the best because his has all of the screens changed, not just the main page. Good 2nd effort though.

it was my first one ever, so when someone says something like that, it really helps on how you think of yourself
